How We Do It

Listening - Engagement - Expertise - Knowledge - Experience - Collaboration - Design - Coaching - Enablement - Development - Innovation - Impact

Our terms of engagement are normally dependent upon what our clients want delivered and how they want it delivered. We do not prescribe the one shoe that fits all. We respect individuality, value diversity, and deliver for impact.

Consultancy

Usually a route followed by organisations seeking to enhance performance, we help organisations to analyse the issues in hand and develop plans and processes for improvement and implementation. We do this through five key stages:

  • Establish contact, followed by exploring the nature of the issue and ascertaining contractual expectations
  • Jointly analyse the issue and agree methodology to tackle and resolve it
  • Set goals for the project and selecting action steps
  • Plan for Implementation: Normally, this step is executed by the client, however we can assist in the process
  • Evaluate any emerging issues from the implementation phase

People Development

Our People Development programmes are tailored to meet the specific needs of the organisation, across a range of organisational development areas. We prefer experiential learning methods to conventional training and development methodologies.

  • Group Facilitation: This style of delivery may suit organisations, where an interactive approach is preferred over conventional training methods. Our skilled and experienced facilitators can work with groups to provide a dynamic and experiential environment for learning and development.
  • Action Learning: This method of learning is problem-based, and delivered to a group of participants over a series of regular and structured sessions. Our skilled Advisors model the questioning process and the learning outcomes are action based.
  • Mentoring: Offering industry-specific knowledge and, acting as catalyst, we help to bring new ideas and information, facilitating our client’s own abilities to identify and evaluate new opportunities. We normally base this approach on informality and longevity.
  • Executive Coaching: We take people where they are unable to take themselves, helping them to set goals and plan the strategy to achieve measurable results. The main aim would be to improving relationships and enhancing performance.
