Leadership Development...

Ki-Rin is one of the co-founders of Blue Ochre, a consultancy agency that develops organisational executives in their leadership roles. On 26th February 2010, the company will be launching Blue Ochre Dynamics, an experiential course for senior executives in the Charity sector. The course will combine group facilitation, coaching and individual mentoring processes to maximise learning outcomes.

Spaces are limited, although due to demand, new dates are currently being set for running parallel courses for commercial and public sector organisations.
